Who does the Ronald McDonald House serve?
The Ronald McDonald House
® of Mid-Missouri serves families that reside outside of Boone County, MO who are seeking medical treatment for their child at area health care facilities.

Are tours given of the Ronald McDonald House?
Yes. Individuals and groups of 10 or less may schedule a tour of the Ronald McDonald House by contacting Shannon. Tours are conducted between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What should I do if my family needs to stay at the Ronald McDonald House?
Families must be referred to the House by a local medical or clinic social worker. Contact the social worker at your child's medical facility. They will contact us about your need. Families must call the House the morning of their arrival date to check on room availability as we do not know what our occupancy will be day to day and cannot make guaranteed reservations.

What will I find at the Ronald McDonald House?
The House has 14 private bedrooms and 11 baths. Bedrooms are furnished with either one double bed or two twin beds. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room. The House also provides a kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor recreation areas.

How much does it cost to stay at the Ronald McDonald House?
Our nightly room fee is $15 per night. (The actual cost for maintaining each room is nearly $60 per night.) We ask families to pay what they can comfortably afford toward this amount. No family will ever be turned away who is unable to pay. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
